Do you know the difference between sudden cardiac arrest and a heart attack???

Sudden cardiac arrest is exactly as it states “SUDDEN” there is not warning. When a person goes into SCA you have 10-15 minutes to start compressions and get an AED.

So what is a heart attack? A blockage in an artery that causes a tightening in the chest. This can feel like simple Indigestion to some. You may feel nauseous and dizzy as well. These symptoms can last for awhile as well as come and go. With any of these symptoms seek medical attention.

You have one life to live take care of yoursel.
